Tapered Roller Bearings HR30203J/Bearing Factory/Motor Bearing/Rolling Bearing/Agricultural Bearing
Basic knowledge of bearings
Why choose rolling bearings?
Rolling bearings support and guide the rotation or oscillation of machine components - such as axles, axles, or wheels - with minimal friction and transmit loads between machine components. Rolling bearings have high precision and low friction performance, thus achieving high rotational speeds while reducing noise, heat, energy consumption, and wear. This type of bearing is cost-effective and is a typical interchangeable machine component that meets national or international dimensional standards.

Distinguish the two basic types of rolling bearings using the two basic types of rolling elements:
* Ball → Ball bearing
* Roller → Roller bearing
The difference between a ball and a roller is the way it contacts the raceway.
The ball makes point contact with the bearing ring raceway. As the load acting on the bearing increases, the contact point becomes an elliptical area. If the contact area is small, the rolling friction is also small, which allows the ball bearing to adapt to high-speed operation, but limits its load-bearing capacity.
The roller and bearing ring raceway make line contact. As the load on the bearing increases, the contact line becomes a rectangle. Due to the larger contact area and the resulting friction, roller bearings can withstand heavier loads but lower speeds compared to ball bearings of the same size.
